Estimates, Consultation, And Delivery Services:
To our Dear Brides-to-Be: We know it may be a bit overwhelming for you to order wedding flowers simply because you may not be familiar with the process. We want to make this process as simple as possible. Therefore, we have developed this ordering system, which we hope will make it very, very easy for you to get your beautiful wedding flowers.
We offer Free online estimates:
1. You may now receive your FREE flower estimate without leaving the comfort of your own home! There is no obligation. There are no appointments to make or keep. It is a perfect tool for budget planning. Please review and print the order form for flower packages and A’la Carte flowers.
2. You need the following information before selecting your flower colors:
Colors and style of bridal gown. Wedding style.
Color and styles of bridal party attire
Church and Reception site rules
Pictures of arrangements you like
Size of reception tables
3. Fill it out order form completely or as much as you can. Then, e-mail or fax the form to us.
This is a complimentary service and it will normally take 24 hours to have your estimate completed and back to you.
This is a free service and there is no obligation. It is the equivalent of the complimentary one-hour consultation offered by most retail florists (the difference being that it is not necessary for you to leave work or schedule an appointment.)
Because of the nature of our work schedule, estimate requests received on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and returned the following regular business day.
Why Is Our Ordering Process Different From Conventional Retail Flower Shops?
1.In order for us to offer our customers something truly remarkable, that is, to offer an excellent product as well as unbeatable, below-retail prices, we have found it necessary to re-structure our consultation process.
2.Providing you with the opportunity to begin the ordering process online and completing the process either via e-mail, on the phone or in person, allows us to lower our overhead costs and pass that savings on to our customers in the form of higher quality flowers at lower prices.
3.Using the internet in the comfort of your own home, without pressure, you will be able to review the options we offer, obtain an estimate from us via e-mail, and determine if our prices and services fit your budget.
4.After you review our FREE online estimate and are serious about utilizing our services, then we are ready for a private consultation to finalize the process.
5.We have helped many brides to order their wedding flowers, design the flowers and complete the whole process without ever seeing the bride in person. It has been done via e-mail and telephone.
6.Because of the considerable amount of time involved and because we do not inflate our pricing to cover this time, (our prices are typically about half that of our retail competitors with comparable experience level and quality of product) we do ask for a $75.00 fee, payable at the time of a personal consultation.
7.This $75.00 fee is fully applied towards your flower order but is not refundable in the event our services are not utilized.
8.Our online and telephone consultations are FREE
Date Reservations:
We do limit the number of design projects that we take on any given day, so reserve your date early to avoid disappointment!
A deposit of $75.00 is required to reserve your date and is not refundable if your event is canceled.
Date reservations are subject to availability and taken on a first-come-first-served basis.
Delivery and Minimum Order Requirement:
- Delivery is available to most Houston locations for an additional fee.
- We do not have a minimum for design work - we can accommodate any sized event.
- However, due to the resources needed (personnel, vehicles, etc.) to facilitate delivery and set-up, we do have minimum order requirements for events wishing to contract for delivery and set-up services.
- Minimum order for delivery and set-up varies from $600 - $2,000 depending on event location.
Orders, which do not meet the minimum for delivery and set-up, can be picked up at ur studio.

4. E-mail or fax the form back to us.
5. We will contact you as soon as possible to answer your questions and clarify doubts.
6. After all questions are answered, we’ll have your free complete proposal back to you as soon as possible.
7. If you desire a personal consultation, it may be scheduled at this time.
8. Otherwise, we may now finish the ordering process through e-mail and telephone.
9. Please remember that because of the nature of our work schedule, estimate requests received on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and returned the following regular business day.

Rose Petals:
Rose petals are the same quality as those used in design work. Usually rose petals come in the size of freezer bags. A large bag contains the petals from 2-dozen roses. This large bag will usually cover: About 8 to 10 square feet with heavy coverage.15 to 20 feet with light/medium coverage.

RECEPTION CENTERPIECES:
When you are selecting your centerpieces, you have to take into consideration the size of the table you are dressing. For example, a round table that seats 10 guests is larger than a table that seats 4 –6 guests. A smaller arrangement does not look proportionate; therefore, your selection has to be a more substantial adornment. You may also increase the area of the centerpiece by surrounding it with votive candles, crystals, and petals.
Guest Table Round Low Centerpiece:
This centerpiece is appropriate for tables seating 4 – 6 guests, as it is a beautiful arrangement suitable for a smaller table. It may be used on a round or square table.
It is a low centerpiece arranged on gold or silver containers.

A table seating 8 – 10 guests is a larger table that requires a more substantial arrangement. This low centerpiece is arranged on gold or silver containers. It is larger and includes candles to give it more weight and elegance. Use the horizontal arrangement when the table is square or long. Use the round arrangement when guest table is round.
